Protect the Sensor, Keep the Airflow

Vented sensor guard with open louvres mounted on a wall

In rentals, schools, gyms and offices, room sensors get bumped, tampered with or taped over. A sealed cover protects the sensor, but then it reads the air inside the box, not the room.

This guard encloses the sensor with a gap all around. It's open at the top and bottom so room air moves through, has thin louvres, and is held on with two security screws.

Tip: this is for temperature-only sensors. Occupancy sensors need an open face, because louvres block motion sensing.

Design sample. Sized to a generic wall sensor. We size it to yours.
