When the Opening Isn't a Rectangle
Arches, angled ceilings and older millwork usually end up with a standard rectangle grille forced in and the gaps caulked.
This grille follows the arch exactly and sits flush. The lattice pattern can be matched to the room. We design the open area to be at least as large as a standard grille of the same size, and larger pieces are printed in sections with a hidden joint.
Tip: trace the opening on paper. It's more accurate than measuring a curve.
